Nicole Patterson is a Root Cause Research Practitioner and Sports Medicine Professional. Her interest for health and wellness issues, and care for others have been a passion since grade school. She is a natural researcher, and uses her curiosity to seek out the root cause of different issues, and find effective but creative ways to solve problems.

In 2017, after over 2 years of seeking answers to concerns about health symptoms, Nicole received a diagnosis of Grave's disease at the young age of 20. With her understanding, from sports medicine of a whole-body approach, along with what she knows now to be wisdom from God, she set out to understand the causes of this disease and found links to hair care products and endocrine disruption. With this knowledge, and help from God, she began to formulate hair care products at home for personal use that wouldn't trigger endocrine flares, and to her Endocrinologist surprise, her thyroid levels began to improve even though she had not consistently taken medicine. Within a year or two, she was in remission of Grave's disease, and within about 4 years she no longer showed markers for the autoimmune disease, despite not being on prescription medication for over 3+ years.

Through her research, Nicole was able to evaluate ingredients, and create products that do not further expose consumers to hormone disrupting chemicals. Nicole's goal is to share this information and solution to health issues to other women and men across the country, in hopes to spread awareness of the chemicals we are exposed to daily via various sources, provide a solution to reduce exposure, and see improved health trends.

On a daily basis, Nicole is working with young athletes, as an athletic trainer, to find their root cause to pain and injury to prevent chronic and catastrophic injury. A native Houstonian, Nicole graduated from Westfield High School and went on to Waco to receive her BS in Athletic Training from Baylor University.
