What kind of hair will I receive?
All hair is 100% human and unprocessed (with the exception of steamed textures). We sell Cambodian and Vietnamese hair from villages along the border of Cambodia and Vietnam. All hair comes in its natural color (brown/black).
Can the hair be straightened/curled?
All hair is 100% human hair and can be altered, however we recommend that you limit this as much as possible to extend the life of your extensions. Steamed textures may become looser over time when heated, but can still be worn straight or curled even after.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
All hair is 100% human hair and can be altered. This includes bleaching and coloring, we recommend that you make sure to moisturize/condition your hair the day before processing and when washing out the dye/bleach. Using an ammonia free dye or a dye with grape seed oil is recommended. If you have any questions, send us an email or reach out via our contact form.
How long will the hair last?
All hair is 100% human hair and should be taken care of with the same regard as your own hair. The better you take care of your extensions the longer they last. From our experience all of our hair can last anywhere from 2-5+ years depending on frequency of use, processing, heat, and if it is installed via sew-in or clip-in & wig.
Will the hair shed?
We can't reiterate it enough, the better you take care of your extensions the longer they last. All extensions will shed if the tracks are cut and not sealed, and even then sometimes the hair will shed if it is left tangled and uncombed. The maintenance of the hair depends on the texture you receive curlier the hair the more maintenance it will require.
Is there anything unusual about this hair?
Because all of our hair is 100% human hair, and it is unprocessed there may be gray hairs in the bundles. Our bundles are not single donor so there may be traces of gray from older donors. We will never dye over these, but you may dye them or pull them at your discretion.
We can't reiterate it enough, the better you take care of your extensions the longer they last. If you have any questions on best practice for your extensions, please feel free to contact us!
